All rooms include full, homemade breakfast buffet, tour of the hotel’s sustainability program (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays), and a nature talk and slideshow imparted by the hotel’s naturalist guide in the afternoons.
Our newly renovated Forest Rooms are located in the Chalet, steps away from the Hotel’s private cloud forest, adjacent to the Monteverde Preserve.
Enjoy floor to ceiling windows, spacious bathrooms with bathtubs, hard wood finishings, and ample balconies with beautiful arabesque tiles and stunning views of the giant trees of the forest. Available with one king size bed or two queen size beds.
Our Peninsula Rooms are located on the first floor of the Hotel and have two queen size beds and a wooden balcony with panoramic views of the Nicoya Peninsula and our vast gardens.
Peninsula Superior Rooms are located on the top floor of the Hotel and have one king size bed. These rooms offer large terraces with superior views of the Nicoya Peninsula and the neighboring valleys. Although temperature in Monteverde is usually quite pleasant, all Peninsula Superior Rooms also have a ceiling fan for added comfort.
